The name Meru is inspired by the majestic Mount Meru. According to some beliefs, Mount Meru is considered to be the center of the universe and the spiritual axis of the world. It is said to have four faces, each facing a cardinal direction, symbolizing balance and harmony in the universe. We chose this name to reflect our commitment to delivering high-quality products and the idea of bringing balance and harmony to our creations.
Meru Chocolates are crafted with care using only the finest ingredients, limiting only to the essentials avoiding any additives. Our single-origin cocoa from Peru is carefully selected to bring out the best flavor. Our unique center-filled chocolate bars offer a flavor explosion with creations like Coconut Cream and Mint filled Dark Chocolate, and a Dark Chocolate Caramel bar with Crystalized Salt for a burst of flavor.

Yes, all of our products at Meru are soy-free. We understand the concerns surrounding soy and its potential adverse effects. Unlike many other brands that use soy lecithin as an emulsifier, our recipes are intentionally crafted without soy-based additives. However, please be aware that our products are produced in facilities that also process soy-containing ingredients. While we implement rigorous quality control measures, cross-contamination may occur in rare instances.
